Once the products are purchase it’s not replaceable, until and unless there is an evidence provided of any untoward reaction. Therefore, it is advised to first test the product OR if your skin is sensitive to any of our ingredient/s in the product/s , details of each product is very clearly mentioned in our website, please consult a doctor before using our products. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds
ONLY the Digital Monitoring Device is replaceable if it’s NOT in working condition, that too within 24hrs the product is delivered. A written complain within this 24hrs through mail (mail ID is specified in our KIT OR Products) is a MUST. ONLY the product with technical faults will be replaced, if the product is found in a BROKEN condition it will not be replaced. If the product is repairable, it will be repaired and send back to you, as soon as possible. The product will be replaced ONLY when it physically reaches us and after technical evaluation it is found that, it is NOT tampered OR NOT mishandled. Therefore, you are requested to immediately open the product in front of the delivery person, and return it immediately if the machine is NOT working (ONLY return the Digital Monitoring Device, as other products are NOT replaceable). Proof of purchase is required for all refunds
- Open the product pack at the time of Delivery.
- Check the condition of the Digital Monitoring Device
- It should not be in a broken condition.
- If it is in a broken condition, return the Digital Monitoring Device to the delivery person.
- We will send you the exchanged Digital Monitoring Device, as early as 7days.
- Please don’t pay any amount to the delivery person, we will pay for the return-delivery.
