1.Early Moring after Brushing use the adba CLEANSER and leave it for 3-4 minutes
2.Wipe off with moist cotton or water thoroughly
3.After wiping/cleaning, within 5-10minutes (in the morning after Bath) use the adba Face Moisturizer on your FACE.
4.After 15-20 minutes, then use the adba Sun-Moon UV Protection Gel(upon your Moisturized face ONLY) irrespective whether you are going out-door OR not.
5.Repeat the same in Afternoon and Evening – as per your skin type product usage chart advise
6.Before going to Bed use the ADBA CLEANSER and leave it for 3-4 minutes, and then apply ADBA SERUM pack also.
7.Maintain the record of your weekly face Moisture and Oil reading, taken by the Monitoring Device in the brochure.

1.Pat your face for semi-Dry, Use the adba Face Scrub on your face for 5minutes and wash your face gently and pat to dry (don’t rub with towel)
2.Immediately after that apply the adba Face Pack evenly layered and leave it for 15 minutes, and then wash your face gently and pat to dry (don’t rub with towel)
